Plan now to attend the Distributed Computing Industry Association’s first-ever conference dedicated totally to peer-to-peer (P2P) and cloud computing technologies and the distribution of digital games.

This seminal industry event is scheduled for Thursday October 22nd in the Catalina Room at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, CA.

The P2P & GAMES CONFERENCE will focus on consumer issues, business models, revenue generation, market trials, content protection, and case studies that demonstrate the benefits of P2P and cloud computing for the distribution of games and updates to networked devices from PCs to consoles to mobile-phones.

There will be a continental breakfast and luncheon.

The October 22nd DCIA Conference is being held in conjunction with Digital Hollywood Fall, and a combined discount registration package is available which includes both events.

Digital Hollywood has become the industry’s premier entertainment and technology conference and this Fall’s expanded line-up includes a number of new additions of special interest to our industry.

DCIA Member speakers for the P2P & GAMES CONFERENCE are listed in the Speakers section, which is below the Conference Agenda that immediately follows this summary.
